نفخر في إيكو تكنولوجي بالإعلان عن حصولنا رسميًا على شهادة «أفضل بيئة عمل» من الجهة العالمية المتخصصة في تقييم ثقافة بيئات العمل وتجربة الموظفين، وذلك بعد اجتيازنا عملية تقييم شاملة ومستقلة.
وبهذا الإنجاز، تُصبح إيكو تكنولوجي أول شركة في قطاعها في الأردن تحصل على هذا الاعتماد العالمي، والذي يُمنح بناءً على تجربة الموظفين الفعلية داخل بيئة العمل، ومدى الثقة المتبادلة بينهم وبين الإدارة.

وفي تعليق له على هذا الإنجاز، أكد المدير التنفيذي، المهندس يوسف العالم، أن القيادة الفعّالة لا تقتصر على وضع الخطط وتحقيق النتائج، بل تقوم على بناء بيئة عمل يشعر فيها الموظفون بالتقدير، والثقة، والقدرة على التعبير والمشاركة.
