Echo Technology Organizes a Workshop on the Agile Mindset for Its Employees
As part of its ongoing efforts to develop team capabilities and promote a culture of agility, Echo Technology organized a specialized two-day workshop focused on the Agile Mindset for all employees.
The workshop aimed to strengthen teamwork skills, enhance flexible and analytical thinking, and empower employees to adapt more effectively to the fast-evolving workplace environment.
The sessions were conducted by Mr. Jamil Al-Zghoul, Project Manager at Echo Technology, who brings over 15 years of experience in project management and Agile practices.
This initiative reflects the company’s continuous commitment to investing in its human capital and advancing employee competencies in line with global best practices in information technology and project management.
